停车场收费系统工作流程
Work flow of parking charge system
1.固定用户：固定用户持卡进出车场时，将感应卡在设备的读感区域前晃一下.如果卡片有效，设备将显示该卡的车辆牌照号(如卡片无效显示无效信息)，由值班人员完成与实际车辆牌照号的比对后，自动开启道闸放行，完成进出场操作。
1. Fixed user: when a fixed user's card enters and exits the parking lot, shake the sensing card in front of the reading sensing area of the device. If the card is valid, the device will display the vehicle license number of the card (if the card is invalid, invalid information will be displayed). After the operator on duty completes the comparison with the actual vehicle license number, the gate will be opened automatically for release to complete the entry and exit operation.
2.临时用户：临时车辆进场时：可由值班人员输入车牌号，设备自动将进场信息写入临时卡片和设备中并开启道闸，然后将卡片交给驾驶者保管，放行车辆进场。
2. Temporary user: when the temporary vehicle enters the site, the operator on duty can input the license plate number, and the equipment will automatically write the access information into the temporary card and equipment and open the gate, then hand the card to the driver for safekeeping, and release the vehicle to enter the site.
3. 临时车辆出场时：驾驶员必须将进场时的临时卡片交值班人员。设备在确认卡片有效后显示该卡进场时的车牌号，进场时间以及应收金额，由值班人员完成与实际车辆牌照号的比对和收费完成后，自动开启道闸放行。
3. When the temporary vehicle leaves the site: the driver must hand over the temporary card to the person on duty when entering the site.
